  Comfortable appartment. Friendly Staff & especially appreciated the helpful tip about using the washing machine and the drying room since had just completed the Razorback track. Fantastic views, awesome sunset.

  An awesome experience from start to finish! First, the wonderful Stephanie who graciously agreed to change the dates for our reservation due to the unseasonal blizzards in September to November at no charge. Checking in early we found to our delight that not only was our room ready ahead of time but she had given us the best apartment with an awesome view! We were so pleased. She also mentioned it was Pizza Night and gave us good advice for our planned Razorback Ridge walk.

  Instead of spending the day luxuriating in the amazing apartment like sensible people would, we headed towards the mountain to exhaust ourselves on the walk. Imagine our horror on returning after dark to be told that the kitchen had just closed and pizza was no longer available. Nor was any other hot food. We reacted in very different ways. My partner appeared to go into shock and denial and walked off with blank expression on his face to sit dejectedly in a corner. I began to plead with the manager explaining how the thought of pizza was the only thing that had got us through the final 10 agonizing kilometres. He rallied admirably in the face of my desperation and after speaking to the chef, advised that we could order small pizzas. After getting their recommendations on various toppings (my partner was suspicious of pumpkin as a pizza topping), we ordered 4 with different toppings! The manager also agreed to bring it to our room to save us the walk back to the kitchen after we had collapsed onto the couch.

  Awesome place to stay. A favourite stop over on our motorcycle rides through the mountains. Great food, great people working there and an amazing sunset.

  Stephanie had earlier enthused that our bathroom was "the best bathroom in Hotham" and we now had the opportunity to appreciate and agree with her assessment. The pizza quickly arrived and we declared them also to be some of the nicest ever.

  To report on the apartment itself, lovely finishings, well stocked kitchen with nice plates and utensils and complimentary pods for the espresso machine. Comfy bed with nice linen, Foxtel, it was peaceful during our stay, it was everything we could have wanted. We will definitely return. But next time maybe not get the pumpkin pizza.... (my partner was not convinced; I on the other hand like pumpkin as a topping)

  Astonishing views and lovely presented rooms that are so close to facilities. The staff were welcoming and everything we needed for cooking etc. was in the apartment. Noise travels easily from other rooms and the pub next door, but being heavier sleepers we didn't mind.
